For Customers Considering the Purchase of an Art Poster
⚫︎ The item you will receive is a one-of-a-kind artwork reproduction — an “Art Poster.”

⚫︎ Sizes are listed including the border area.

⚫︎ Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or device settings.

⚫︎ Selecting a different size from the pull-down menu will result in an additional charge.
(Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted due to incorrect size selection.)

⚫︎ A3 and A2 size posters will be carefully rolled and shipped in a tube.

⚫︎ We recommend unrolling and flattening the poster soon after delivery.

⚫︎ To ensure long-lasting enjoyment, please avoid direct sunlight or strong lighting.
(LED lighting is recommended.)

⚫︎ Although the poster is printed on premium, durable art paper,
please display it away from direct sunlight or intense light for preservation.

A.We’re sorry, but returns due to customer preferences or circumstances after delivery cannot be accepted.
Thank you for your understanding.

However, if the artwork or packaging is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part or the shop management, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will gladly arrange an exchange or refund to ensure your satisfaction.
