【 お届けと指定配送業者 】

①日本郵便 / ②ヤマト運輸（大きい作品F15号以上〜）でお届け致します。
※ 複数の場所で作品を保管しているため、取り寄せの場合は14日〜最大31日程お時間をいただく場合がございます。
※ 一部地域、また定休日（及び年末年始、お盆、臨時休業）等の発送業務が行えない場合や悪天候により上記お届け日数より遅れる場合、またご希望指定日時にお届け出来ない場合があります。予めご了承下さい。

【 Delivery Service 】

We primarily use:
① Japan Post or② Yamato Transport (for larger works, F15 size or larger) to deliver your orders.Depending on the delivery area, it generally takes around 14 to 21 days for your artwork to arrive.

※ Since some artworks are stored in multiple locations, retrieval may take 14 to a maximum of 31 days in certain cases.
※ Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to regional restrictions, holidays (including year-end, New Year's, Obon, and temporary closures), or severe weather. We appreciate your understanding if we cannot meet your requested delivery date.

【 配送服務 】

我們主要使用：① 日本郵便（Japan Post）或
② 黑貓宅急便（Yamato Transport）（適用於F15號以上的大型作品）進行配送。

根據配送地區不同，通常需要14到21天左右送達。

※ 由於部分作品存放在不同地點，如需調貨，可能需要14天至最多31天的時間。
※ 部分地區、例假日（包括年末年初、盂蘭盆節、臨時休業）或因惡劣天氣等原因，可能導致配送延遲，無法按照指定時間送達，敬請諒解。

【 お客様不在時のお取扱について 】

ご不在時は配送会社より不在通知が届きます。再配達可能期間中にお客様ご自身で配送希望日を調整の上、お受取ください。不在通知に記載の連絡先にご連絡いただけない場合、また住所不備の場合、商品（作品）は自動的に当社へ返送されます。

【 Handling When the Recipient is Absent 】

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a missed delivery notice. Please contact the courier during the redelivery period to arrange a new delivery date and receive your package. If you do not contact the courier using the details on the notice, or if the address provided is incomplete, the package will be automatically returned to us.

【 收件人不在時的處理方式 】

若您在配送時不在家，配送公司將留下「未能投遞通知單」。請您在可重新配送的期限內，主動聯絡配送公司安排重新送貨的日期，並完成收件。若您未聯絡通知單上提供的聯絡方式，或是地址填寫不完整，商品（作品）將會自動退回至本店，敬請留意。

【 長期不在・受取拒否について 】

商品（作品）発送後の長期不在・受取拒否等によりお客様より運営事務局へ一切のご連絡無く商品が返送された場合には商品のキャンセルならびに往復送料をご請求させて頂きます。また、そのような行為は運営上の混乱につながりますため、今後弊社とのお取引は一切受注不可とさせていただきます。誠に恐れ入りますがご了承の程お願い申し上げます。

【 Regarding Long-term Absence and Refusal of Receipt 】

If the product (artwork) is returned to us due to long-term absence or refusal of receipt without any prior contact from the customer to our operations office, the order will be canceled, and we will charge for the round-trip shipping fees. Furthermore, such actions cause disruptions to our operations; therefore, future orders from the customer will not be accepted. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

【 關於長期不在・拒收 】

若商品（作品）寄出後，因收件人長期不在或拒收，且未事先聯繫本店而導致商品被退回的情況，訂單將被取消，並將向您收取來回運費。此外，這類行為會對我們的營運造成困擾，因此今後將無法再接受您的訂單。敬請諒解，謝謝您的配合。

【 作品が届かない場合 】

万が一、上記日数が経過してもご注文の商品（作品）がお客様のお手元に到着しない場合には、大変お手数ですがCONTACTからご連絡くださいませ。※ご連絡の際には、お客様氏名、ご住所、お電話番号、商品名（作品タイトル）ご注文番号を併せてお知らせください。

【 If the artwork has not arrived 】

In the unlikely event that the ordered product (artwork) does not reach you after the specified period, we kindly ask that you contact us via the CONTACT page.
*When contacting us, please provide your name, address, phone number, product name (artwork title), and order number.

【 作品未到達的情況 】

萬一，超過上述時間仍未收到您的訂購商品（作品），請您務必透過CONTACT頁面與我們聯繫。※聯繫時，請提供您的姓名、地址、電話號碼、商品名稱（作品標題）以及訂單編號。

初期不良および誤配送を除く、基本的に返品・交換は承っておりません。
万一到着した商品が「不良品」「誤配送」の場合、大変申し訳ございませんが、商品（作品）到着後から必ず《 3日以内に 》ショップへご連絡を頂き、明確な返品理由をお伝えくださいませ。追って返品指定住所や、送料（弊社負担）についてお客様へご連絡・ご対応させていただきます。

《 コミュニティ会員様 限定 》（*現在準備中）
「イメージと違った、気に入らなかった」場合には《 3日以内に 》ご連絡と、お客様送料ご負担で《7日以内に》ご返却いただければ、作品代金の全額ご返金対応をさせていただきます。

Except for initial defects or incorrect deliveries, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event that the product (artwork) received is a "defective item" or an "incorrect delivery," we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product (artwork) and provide a clear reason for the return. We will then contact you with the return address and details regarding the shipping costs (which will be covered by us).


除非是商品（作品）的初期瑕疵或錯誤配送，否則我們基本上不接受退貨或換貨。
若商品（作品）到達後發現為「不良品」或「錯誤配送」，我們深感抱歉，請在商品（作品）到達後 3天內 內聯繫我們，並提供明確的退貨理由。我們會後續聯繫您，提供退貨指定地址及負擔運費（由我們公司負擔）的詳細資訊。

The cooling-off period applies to door-to-door sales. Since our shop sells products (artworks) through mail-order sales, where customers initiate the purchase, the cooling-off period does not apply. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

INFINITY ARTIST NAO reserves the right to cancel any orders and refuse future transactions without prior notice if a Customer violates these Terms or engages in the following prohibited activities:

◉ Purchasing artworks for profit or resale purposes

Any conduct deemed as "interference with operations" or "harassment" will be reported to BASE, Inc., and may result in necessary legal or administrative actions.

Severing All Relationships:
We strictly prohibit any involvement with anti-social forces and will completely sever all relationships, including business transactions.

Legal Action:
In the event of an incident or undue demand, we will take rigorous legal action through both civil and criminal proceedings.

Prohibition of Funding and Secret Dealings:
We will never engage in any form of secret dealings or provide financial support to anti-social forces under any circumstances.
